Market: cooperated with 300 partners, sold about 2 million GPS trackers since 1998.

Xiamen Yaxon Networks Co. Ltd is starting its business in Russia and is planning to sell its devices to cars' and tracks' manufacturers in Russa and has an opening for Software Engineer/Developer (Junior/Middle ) for its electronic comрonents localisation on the Russian market.

Responsibilities:

International logistics and customs clearance management

1. Cross-border logistics coordination
   • Plan China-Europe train, sea and air transport solutions, and coordinate freight forwarders to complete customs clearance documents (such as HS code declaration, certificate of origin)
   • Handle special Russian customs requirements (such as EAC certification, GOST-R standards) to ensure that goods enter the country in compliance with regulations
2. Transportation risk control
   • Purchase cargo transportation insurance and develop emergency plans to deal with logistics delays (such as seasonal congestion on the Siberian Railway)

Finished product order fulfillment management

1. Delivery plan execution
   • Coordinate with the warehouse department to complete the sorting, packaging and labeling of finished products to ensure timely delivery to European customers (average delivery time ≤ 7 days)
   • Track logistics tracks and handle abnormal situations (such as package loss, customs detention)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade or automotive engineering is preferred
• Familiar with the supply chain environment in Russia and Eastern Europe
• Ability to adapt to urgent order processing
• Have cross-cultural collaboration experience and be able to communicate efficiently with Russian customs and logistics service providers
• Russian customs broker qualification (if held) is a plus
