Content planning and publishing:
Carry out local production including shooting and editing according to the headquarters content planning strategy;
Plan and produce social media content (pictures, videos, live broadcasts, etc.) according to local culture, hot topics and user preferences;
Manage the daily operations of social media platforms: uploading videos, maintaining account information, etc.
User interaction and growth:
Monitor the comment area and private messages, respond to user inquiries in a timely manner, and maintain the brand image.
Carry out headquarters activities and localized activities (such as topic challenges, lucky draws) to increase fan growth and engagement.
Data analysis and optimization:
Weekly report: statistics and analysis of social media data (such as the number of new fans, number of plays, interaction rate, conversion rate), adjust strategies to improve results.
Monthly report: analysis of social media data, and account content scheduling.
Education: College degree or above in marketing, media, journalism and communication;
Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory), Chinese is a plus;
More than 2 years of social media operation experience;
Familiar with the algorithms and advertising placement of mainstream social platforms;
Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing software.
Able to use EXCEL, Google Analytics, and other tools.
