Finance Lead / Финансовый менеджер

Мы международная научно-ориентированная биофармацевтическая компания, нацеленная на исследование, разработку и вывод на рынок рецептурных препаратов преимущественно в таких терапевтических областях, как онкология, кардиология, нефрология и метаболизм, респираторные и аутоиммунные, а также редкие заболевания.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit/department;

  • Lead the planning and control processes: reporting, analyzing and controlling the financial performance of the BU/department (reporting on a monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, controlling costs, discounts, profit);

  • Perform short and long term planning, ensuring alignment with global and local business strategy;

  • Coordinate with business unit heads and jointly present the business plan and performance to the Board of Directors;

  • Communicating with senior management on financial and business issues;

  • Performing sales and delivery forecasting by channel and product in accordance with the S&OP process;

  • Supporting business development projects;

  • Developing financial models; Building and developing business processes.

Essential requirements:

  • Higher education in finance;

  • At least 6 years of experience as a financial manager or financial business partner in FMCG / Pharma;

  • Experience in companies with a strong ecosystem and diverse business models;

  • Knowledge of IFRS (ACCA / ACA / CPA as an advantage);

  • Knowledge of credit control system;

  • Experience in sales and profit planning;

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel;

  • Experience with SAP as an advantage;

  • English - fluent (both verbal and written);

  • Strong communication skills; high level of responsibility; strong analytical skills; strong presentation skills.
