Responsibilities:
Develop business relations with key regional customers
Implementation of sales plans: fulfill personal KPIs and the general goals of the department
Maintenance of commercial terms and conditions with regional key partners, identify key customers and visit them regularly. Liaise with decision makers
Management of product distribution channels: work to increase sales, work to increase in-house share and market share in accordance with company’s targets
Creating sales strategies in accordance with sales channels: creating product promotion strategies (responsible for the chain “Purchase-Sales-Inventory”), promote realme goods in various sales channels, be responsible for promoting promotions
General sales tasks and performs sale review
Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Trade Marketing teams
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Russian mobile market. Be familiar with decision makers of «regional» partners
Experience with key accounts in CE
Excellent negotiation skills
Analytical thinking
MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must)
A good team player with organizational skills, good at cross-team collaboration and execution
Desire to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
